Statistically, most young men reach adulthood without ever knowing their Creator and without anyone naming the hope God has for them. Without a guide to help them step into their God-given manhood, they will never reach their potential. If we don’t reach our boys, our men will be shaped by what the world has to offer. It’s not a choice—it’s our responsibility to step in.

To accomplish our vision of “influencing more boys than ever, more effectively than ever,” the National Boys Ministries/Royal Rangers department has launched the EveryBoy Initiative, giving every boy in the U.S. the opportunity for:
Gospel Access
Every boy deserves a clear presentation of the gospel and a personal invitation to follow Jesus.
Identity Discovery
Through relational discipleship, boys learn who God says they are and what it means to live out godly manhood.
Confidence for Life
With hands-on learning and leadership development, boys grow in courage, competence, and faith.
Lifelong Community
Boys thrive in relationships that sharpen character, strengthen faith, and last well into the future.

Over the last six decades, we have been prepared to make a measurable mark against the flow of our culture that threatens to sweep our young men into the night.
More than three million boys in the United States have been mentored through the ministry of Royal Rangers. These boys have grown up to be husbands, fathers, board members, pastors, congressmen, members of the military, airline pilots, businessmen and many other roles. We have the resources, the curriculum, and an army of men who are discipling boys and young men across our nation. Our mission remains the same, but there has never been a more crucial moment to stand together and do more.

Boys Discipleship Resources
Curriculum and materials developed over many years that can assist churches and leaders in reaching and discipling boys, whatever their cultural setting or church size.
Royal Rangers Program
A well-established process of discipling through mentoring using the updated and customizable ministry of Royal Rangers with access to a nation-wide community of men.

This initiative has been approved as a specialized ministry of AG U.S. Missions. All contributions will receive missions giving credit and are tax deductible.
